Response time for written escalation inquiries:
- Upon receipt of your inquiry, PennyMac will acknowledge back to you, in writing, within 3 business days.
- Within 5 business days of identifying a proposed resolution, PennyMac will reach out to you to propose the resolution and additional steps needed.
- The time frame to resolve your issue is 15 calendar days from the date your inquiry was received. If, for any reason, PennyMac requires additional time to respond, PennyMac will notify you in writing that an additional 15 days is required to provide you with a final decision.
